I am very disappointed about my recent car repair experience. Went to the express service for 5 times for the same issue. The shop did work on my car for 3 times but the issue was not resolved. Our salesman when buying car was great. We were told that first oil change and tire rotation was free. And would not take long. I have 8,000.00 miles on my car. 3 hours later, and 199.00 , We were told that first oil change and tire rotation was free. And would not take long. I have 8,000.00 miles on my car. 3 hours later, and 199.00 , they told my husband the differential oil had to be changed!! Well when I look it up on line , it says at leases 30,000 miles or more! We should have had the option first or told ahead of time. While my husband was waiting and mad as heck now because it was supposed to be a quick in and out, he overhead conversation with service man and a young lady , trying to talk her into something that was not necessary at all. But she wouldn’t know. And your trusting the mechanic is not ripping you off!! More
