My interaction with Elmore Smith "Smitty" was unpleasant and a complete waste of time. He refused to give me an estimate for body damage after showing up with an appointment because he needs to take apart t and a complete waste of time. He wanted to leave my car and "trust him" to deal with the insurance company. Auto dealers are not known to be reputable but the body shops take those reputations and drag in the sewer. The dealership acts like they are the only dealers in the area. More
