I took my car to Scott Honda for Service. They did a great job. A few weeks later I received a solicitation for a vehicle service contract from Zurich a third party. They sold my personal information without my permission! I called Scott Honda and was told by Courtney Mr Scott does not talk to customers and offer Willie Carter. I was told he would call me in a minute. He never called. Not happy they sold my personal information without my permission. Not happy Mr Scott will not engage with a customer. Not happy Willie Carter did not return my call. More

I have had my car serviced here previously and I told the technician that I had an extended warranty yet they still tried to charge me for certain items I knew would be covered. Only when I questioned them again when I had to sign the estimate and called out the warranty again did they actually go and check and update the estimate. More
