I can’t thank Jeff Ross enough for recommending Scott Honda, and encouraging me to trust their values of honesty and integrity. After having a negative experience with another dealership in New Jersey, h Honda, and encouraging me to trust their values of honesty and integrity. Due to a scheduling conflict, I was not able to work with Jeff personally. But he again assured me that I was in good hands. That’s when I was introduced to Hiep. From the very beginning, he made me feel at ease and I immediately felt comfortable discussing my previous experience and my expectations. Hiep took his time and explained there was no pressure. He is extremely knowledgeable and showed me several options and encouraged me to take my time and give it some thought. After a few days, I returned to purchase a vehicle. Again, he was very patient and addressed my concerns. I have never had such a positive experience purchasing a vehicle, even when communicating with the finance department! Anthony was incredible. Again, no hassle or haggling. He explained things very clearly and allowed me to decide the options I wanted and did not want. Everyone there takes such a kind and personal interest in their customers, including the receptionist at the front desk. I can’t thank Jeff, Hiep, and Anthony enough for their superior service. Justin was my service manager, he was great 👍. Friendly and even with a mask on you can tell he was smiling. My car passed inspection but the service technician noticed issues with my brake pads and rotor and even with a mask on you can tell he was smiling. Justin explained the situation but also let me know what would happen if it was not taken care of for much longer. I knew I was lucky as it was since my CRV is a 2015 and these were the original brakes. My decision was to do the work. Yes, it’s expensive but I appreciated Justin taking the time to explain the pros and cons. I purchased my Honda here and have never been disappointed with the staff in sales or the service department.
