Melissa manganello, in the finance department was very unprofessional and rude. The sales person Clifford was out sick,rob in the finance department was busy,this is how I ended up with Melissa. She told me in a VERY nasty way,when you come in my office I don't make deals. It was at that moment I should have walked out and not purchased anything. I called and left several messages,each time I spoke with Linda the manager..I left a number no one returned call .At this point I wish I didn't do business here and I will not return or refer anyone. Calvin was a great mix of personable and professional. He was chatty enough to make us feel comfortable, but also kept the car buying process moving forward and paid attention to our needs and preferences He was chatty enough to make us feel comfortable, but also kept the car buying process moving forward and paid attention to our needs and preferences.
