He knew all of the car’s thorough, and showed me some that I was not aware of and how to use, despite owning a Pilot previously as well as the ones on my new model. Darren was so caring and thorough throughout the entire process. His personable demeanor and preparation for us to take home our new car made the experience timely, easy and joyful.
