On our way to Anniversary vacation, we had a maintenance issue. Jeff, in service department, got us squeezed in for a thorough diagnostic, followed by a repair. Although the repair took several hours, the service staff consistently checked in with us,gave us written copy of diagnostic and repair recommendation - including price. We waited in a delightful Cafe, with food made on the premises and local baked goods. (THIS WAS RIGHT INSIDE THE CUSTOMER WAITING AREA!) Overall, it was a funny way to spend our Anniversary afternoon but we ended up at our destination in a safe,happy way. If we needed to buy a vehicle, we'd probably make the three hour drive to shop there. Top notch staff, service, and outcome. Oh, and the woman who ran the cafe was sweet. Thanks Jeff and Chris.
