From the start I was impressed with the reception and how quickly Darren came to greet me. I found Darren to be very knowledgeable and willing to explain all the features of the car I was interested in. Whe quickly Darren came to greet me. When picking up the car Darren went over all the specifics of the digital displays and helped us set up all of systems settings to our preferences. This was especially helpful for my wife, who had the job of driving our new car home. Darren is a great representative of Scott Honda. Bob, who helped us with the final paperwork was also great. We got through everything in record time. I am looking forward to my first visit to the service department. I am sure I will be happy with that experience as well. More

I had a horrible experience at Scott Honda in West Chester, Pa. today. I am giving my experience ZERO STARS! The tire pressure light came on in my car yesterday. When I got home, I called the dealers Chester, Pa. today. I am giving my experience ZERO STARS! The tire pressure light came on in my car yesterday. When I got home, I called the dealership to arrange a time to bring my car in. I was told to take it to the EXPRESS SERVICE bay today. When I did, I was told it would be an hour and a half wait. I was not prepared to wait that long, so I was told to bring it back in about 4 hours. I called to check to see if it would be seen then. The service department hung up on me 3 times. I took my car to Mavis Discount Tire in Thorndale, Pa. and was waited on immediately. I was out of there in less than 10 minutes. Scott Honda treated me with disrespect. I will be rethinking my relationship with this dealership, especially since I bought my car there. This is the way you treat your valued customers? Shame on you, Scott Honda. More
