We were so pleased with the service department at Scott Honda. We have had our Honda Pilot for 15 years, and we love this car, but it was overdue for an assortment of repairs and a major recall. Becaus Honda. We have had our Honda Pilot for 15 years, and we love this car, but it was overdue for an assortment of repairs and a major recall. Because of the distance, we have always had our car service performed at our local auto shop. Now, we realize we should have taken the time to drive to the Honda dealership. Our car performs better than it has in many years. Darren explained each item that needed to be completed, and he took the time to ask about our opinion. He was so trustworthy, friendly and kind! We will definitely be taking our car to West Chester in the future. More

I had an excellent experience with the service department at Scott Honda of West Chester. Mark Dennis, the Assistant Service Manager, went above and beyond. He stayed on top of everything, communicated clear at Scott Honda of West Chester. Mark Dennis, the Assistant Service Manager, went above and beyond.
