I took my car to Scott Honda for Service. They did a great job. A few weeks later I received a solicitation for a vehicle service contract from Zurich a third party. They sold my personal information without my permission! I called Scott Honda and was told by Courtney Mr Scott does not talk to customers and offer Willie Carter. I was told he would call me in a minute. He never called. Not happy they sold my personal information without my permission. Not happy Mr Scott will not engage with a customer. I had a great time at Scott Honda with Aron for my first time buying a car. The staff was patient and direct. They didn't pressure me to purchase anything without my consent. I have had my car serviced here previously and I told the technician that I had an extended warranty yet they still tried to charge me for certain items I knew would be covered. Only when I questioned them a technician that I had an extended warranty yet they still tried to charge me for certain items I knew would be covered.
