I only gave a "good" for Customer Service because our walkthrough of the vehicle prior to driving off could have been better performed by Sandra Rivera. We felt rushed by her, and several of the items that we felt should have been covered in that walkthrough, we are having to research and find out on our own via internet and the owner's manuals. Still, overall great experience and we would recommend this dealership to others. More

He and the rest of his department dealt with me fairly and got me to a reasonable payment. I had an absolutely wonderful experience with both salesman Michael Sampson and Brad Brawtley, as well as sales director Jacques Deadwiley. This team really knows what they are doing, and know how to provide customer satisfaction. I am not the easiest buyer to deal with, but these three gentleman were outstanding. Today we went just to look at a Nissan Juke, and possibly test drive one. Mr. Brawtley and Mr. Sampson immediately assited our every need and were very knowledgeable about the products and services the dealership had to offer. My wife and I said lets see what we can work out, and a few hours later we were able to settle a reasonable deal that I feel worked for the dealership and ourselves. Thanks to the diligence and hard work from this team we are now proud owners of a Nissan Juke, and honestly did not expect to buy today. I strongly believe with the leadership skills of Mr. Deadwiley and the customer service skills of Michael Sampson and Brad Brawtley, Scott Clark Nissan will be very successful. I got in touch with Jay during my search for a new Rouge. Jay was extreamly helpful and made every effort to get us into the car we wanted. I had been to several car lots in the North Charlotte area, and was turned down due to a low credit score. My income was intact and I just needs a fresh start. My Senior Parents and i visited Scott Clark on 11/17/2013 per the request of one of the dealerships sells associates. After arriving to (Scott Clark) Charlotte for a 9:00 am appointment we were told that the dealership didn't open until 12:00 pm leaving us no choice but to wait since we traveled 2.5 hrs that morning to get there. Our experience only got worst when we met Mr. Jacques Deadwiley!! After attempting to conduct business we found him to be rude, pushy, unfriendly, and impatient when dealing with my 78 year old dad and never offered an apology nor did he show concern after finding out we had been waiting 3 hours to speak with someone. My mom was so upset that she didn't say much on our journey home except that she would never go to that dealership ever again!!!! I know good customer service when i see it and not all of the people we met that day were rude, in fact most were nice and friendly, with the exception of Jaques Deadwiley. More
