In March, 2013, I bought a new Nissan Murano from Jay Byrd at South Charlotte Nissan, now Scott Clark Nissan. I was very excited about getting a new car, but nervous about the car buying process. Not long after my initial contact with Jay I had a life event which made it difficult to concentrate on buying a car. Jay kept me updated on his inventory for several weeks. He was pleasant. He was persistent, but laid back. He expressed a willingness to work with me until we found the right car. When we did find the right car I was surprised how smoothly the buying process went. I went to the dealership expecting to be there for most of the day, but was only there a couple of hours. I am pleased with my sales experience and would not hesitate to refer others. I can not remember the names of everyone I had contact with at the dealership, but they were all friendly, knowledgeable and willing to help. More

Went to Modern Nissan on Saturday and found the perfect car! Went forward with buying, Sales Manager and sales person were SO rude we got up and left with no car and no apology!
