My boyfriend and I were both considering the 2013 Nissan Murano. I previously had an 06 model, and loved the car. NOT Scott Clark Nissan! This is the most "on top of things" dealership I've ever dealt with, and I buy A LOT of cars! The dealership was clean, bright, attractive, and orderly. We were made to feel right at home upon arrival fairly late that evening. Thanks to Michael Chavis, the cars were up front, ready to go! My boyfriends deal was completed over the internet, I had actually not made up my mind, after some usual dealing, they came so close to the deal I wanted, I bought the car. EVERYONE at the dealership was great,it was a wonderful experience! We plan to try to travel there for our services on the cars, since they were so great to deal with. I .in the past, had leased 5 Infinitis from Rice Marko Infiniti, when they were bought by Modern, we at once saw a "change" in their practices, since then I have tried to deal with MODERN, I would NOT even consider them now that this experience with SCOTT CLARK NISSAN was so great! The team of DeWayne, Marty and Brian (led by DeWayne Noble) provided an excellent buying experience at Scott Clark Nissan. My daughter suggested that I call Marty. He stayed with me throughout the process making sure everything was right. The most unusual part? I live in Garner, NC - a 3+ hour drive from Charlotte. The whole transaction took place by phone until DeWayne said he would deliver the car to us. "What?" I said. "Are you crazy?" DeWayne (with his family to take him back) delivered our car on New Year's Day. My husband told him that him bringing the car to us sealed the deal. Above and beyond! This is my third new Nissan from this location and the second from Mo Bedwan. These folks are as customer oriented as possible during the purchase process, tracking down the exact Nissan I wanted and hav second from Mo Bedwan. I had to make a purchase within a limited amount of time. I knew that I wanted a Nissan, and I knew that I wanted a Rogue. Because my sister was previously in a similar situation, she recommended Scott Clark I knew that I wanted a Nissan, and I knew that I wanted a Rogue. I had to keep making adjustments to my appointment, but Sampson was friendly and accomodating from beginning to end. During the test drive, he explained every feature of the car that I thoroughly liked. He worked with me to see to it I would leave with the Rogue I now have. Next I spoke with Brian. He was courteous and direct. No question was unimportant. He explained each of the warranties and their components in thorough detail, even citing examples. Scott Clark Nissan has overall provided satisfactory service. Both Sampson and Brian were not only about the bottom line, but their being friendly--and smiling!!--made for a positive experience. I told my family that any future vehicle purchase should be considered with Scott Clark Nissan. More
The experience I had at Scott Clark has to be the best experience I have ever had purchasing a car and being HAPPY with my purchase. I worked with Jay and he was absolutely phenomenal. Now, on to the finance team....they are truly some hardworking individuals!!! I have NO idea how they were able to do what they did, but I am grateful that they were able to work it out for me. Dawud and Jacques had a tough situation to work through for me but they made it happen!! I can't say enough about my experience there and there are no words to adequately express my heartfelt thanks for all they accomplished for me this week. I also liked the fact that he saw my hesitance and didn't pressure me into making a decision right then and there. He allowed me to breath and take my time to think about this purchase. His attention to my needs as a customer was on point and I valued not feeling like just a regular “Joe” from the streets. Kudos to D.L., he will be seeing me again for my next purchase. More
