Today, my wife and I purchased a Nissan Leaf from Scott Clark Nissan. Dewayne Noble, the Internet Sales Manager, took very good care of us. He was extremely professional, courteous, and friendly. We found him to be a man of integrity, respectful and good to his word. What he promised in our first conversation, is what he delivered today. He was highly organized, and made sure that most of the paperwork, car prep, and questions were answered before we arrived at the dealership. That professionalism carried over when I sat down with John Smith, the Finance manager. He had the same qualities as Mr. Noble, and I enjoyed my experience going through Finance. No trick; just straight talk. This must be a function of the culture at Scott Clark Nissan, as they are clearly hiring good people. I also appreciated that Nathan Moskowitz, one of the Sales Directors, went out of his way to come over and introduce himself and verify that everything was going smoothly. I would highly recommend purchasing a vehicle from this dealership, as the demonstrated class and professionalism.
