He explained the process with confidence and was patient with me when describing features. Matt was great to work with and I will definitely recommend him and Scott Clark Nissan in the future. Sandra was my Delivery Coordinator and was very friendly and knowledgeable when going over the details. While the sales process ran a little late into the evening, she still took the time to help setup my Bluetooth and clock, and I never felt as though I was being rushed. Your music was way too jumpy, and I needed quiet to read and work while I waited 2 hours for my service. You guys do a great job with food and snacks. Please install a quiet area without the TV and radio and make it no kids allowed. More

Jay was/is very professional, attentive to me as a customer and very honest. Jay made sure I understood every step of the process. He went above and beyond to get me the best deal possible for my unique situation. Jay made sure all of my concerns were addressed and all of my questions answered. Satisfied Customer I went to Scott Clark Nissan after visiting a few other dealerships in the Charlotte area. After doing a significant amount of internet research, I wa I went to Scott Clark Nissan after visiting a few other dealerships in the Charlotte area. After doing a significant amount of internet research, I was fairly certain that I wanted a used Nissan Maxima on their lot. Before taking me for a test drive, Jay Byrd, my sales consultant, asked me a lot of questions about what I was looking for in a car, how often I travel, etc. Based on my responses, Jay recommended that I test drive the Altima as well. I did...and loved it. It suited my needs much better than the Maxima. After selecting that car (2014 Altima 2.5 SL), Jay Byrd and Dawud Muhammad (General Sales Manager) worked with me to get to a price we could agree on (and I drive a hard bargain)! Even though we were negotiating a deal, the exchange was friendly and fun. I truly felt like they wanted to get me into a car at a price I was comfortable with. I left that night to sleep on it and returned the following day prepared to sign the deal. Unfortunately, as we were reviewing the quote, the car I had selected was sold to another customer. Robert Mack (Sales Manager) immediately came over to work with me/Jay on selecting another car (same model, different color choice). Unbelievably...this one was sold as well as we were discussing it! (note: this is my only criticism of the process. There should be a mechanism in place that flags a car as "in process" and prevents it from being sold from under a customer.) At this point, I must admit, I was frustrated. However, instead of letting me walk away unsatisfied, Marty Abernathy (General Manager) came over with a quote for a 3.5 SL that was quite competitive. As soon as I said yes, Jay Byrd went outside and took the keys so it couldnt be sold! Despite these bumps, I felt like every member of the team worked hard to keep me happy and ensure that I walked away with the car I wanted. Following the sale, I have heard from that sales team multiple times, following up to be sure I am a satisfied customer. I would recommend this dealership to anyone. More

The most important not having leather seats especially when having two small children under the age of 6. I did some research and decided to go visit Scott Clark Nissan to purchase another used vehicle but instead walking out with a 2014 Nissan Altima. That alone should speak for their customer service. Darren Chapman was an excellent sales representative, I also had the pleasure of working with Mike Fernandez, I told them what I wanted and they made it happen. Just walking in lifted a weight off of your shoulder due to the friendly staff and atmosphere. They worked diligently to get me what I wanted to make sure that I left extremely happy not even giving me a chance to reconsider having to make another vehicle change in the next three months. John Green in finance was very professional and was sure to explain everything to me to its entirety answering any questions that I may of had without any hesitation. I will definitely be recommending the Scoot Clark Nissan Family to anyone looking for a vehicle. Keep up the superb work!! More

Dealerships merely stock the name brand, and provide a selection of vehicle types, in some cases service for the vehicles too. I have purchased many vehicles, roughly 10, from the Scott Clark's Toyota dealerships. I've brought in 5 relatives that purchased. I have sent at least 50 people that I know, there to see for themselves how easy it is to buy a vehicle, and at a fair price. Additionally, I have referred literally hundreds of other people to the Scott Clark's facilities. The family friendly atmosphere and expertise of the staff is what continues to gain respect from all who share the car buying experience. In fact, Marty Abernathy, was formerly located at their Toyota dealership, and hand selected to run their Nissan dealership. Marty's knowledge, integrity and character, are the reason why I chose to buy another vehicle, a Nissan Pathfinder, last week. The folks at any Scott Clark's dealership, won't even try to sell you what you don't need. I place my trust in them, and I will continue as a patron for years to come.
