Hello Jill, I am sorry to hear that you did not enjoy your experience in our service department. Although, I feel some information is being left out. I have been trying to get in contact with you to discuss this further, but my attempts have been unsuccessful. Looking at our records, I show two service visits, one in April, and one in May. On the second visit, I see that you were having a tire issue that was not covered under warranty, but as a token of good faith, we replaced the tire free of charge.
