Thank you for taking the time to write a review explaining your concerns. Our vehicles are priced to the market within a radius of the dealership. These prices are set based upon KBB as well as Auction prices and NADA Blue Book. The retail KBB of the vehicle you were looking at, in fair condition, was $11,493 and the car, at the time, at our dealership, was listed at $9,999 and was also below retail KBB at $11,038 even on the out the door price. Private party sale of this vehicle is $8,700 and that doesn’t include a 150-point inspection and a fresh oil change and detail. We are sorry we were not able to accommodate you by selling the car for $5,000 out the door.

Hello Shannon, I am sorry to hear of your experience in our service department. We came to the conclusion that your issue was being caused by a bad wheel bearing because that is the most common cause, and there was no check engine light, or trouble codes to prove otherwise. We would have been more than happy to replace the transmission on your vehicle under warranty, or any other way, but that could not be done until it was confirmed that it was indeed the transmission making the noise at 50 mph and above.
