I had an appointment at 7:45AM and he took me right back to his office I had the 60,000 mile service performed My service manager was Caleb Martin. I had an appointment at 7:45AM and he took me right back to his office I had the 60,000 mile service performed and they did everything I asked for to the penny. When I went to pay I learned I had a credit which was a nice surprise. I ask for a courtesy shuttle to go to work. I waited and Caleb explained to me the shuttle driver had to go all the way out to WT Harris for a customer. I waited and he picked me up about 30 minutes later. Caleb went above and beyond to keep me informed. More
