I was immediately contacted by one of the managers who set me up with an appointment the next day. When I arrived I was greeted by my salesperson Brandon Tinsley. Brandon was a breath of fresh air. As I briefly explained what I was looking for, my likes and dislikes he knew exactly what I needed and what I would like, at some points without me even saying. NO CALL BACKS I PURHCASE A ROGUE IN FEB. AND UNDER ALLOT OF PRESSURE TO DO SO. THAN AFTER I PURHCASED IT, WAS AGAIN PRESSURED TO PURCHASE THE LIFE TIME WARRANTY. I I PURHCASE A ROGUE IN FEB. AND UNDER ALLOT OF PRESSURE TO DO SO. THAN AFTER I PURHCASED IT, WAS AGAIN PRESSURED TO PURCHASE THE LIFE TIME WARRANTY. I HAVE BEEN TRYING NOW SINCE MARCH TO GET WITH JONATHAN TO CANCEL THIS WARRANTY AND CANNOT GET HIM OR ANYONE TO CALL ME BACK. I HAVE BEEN IN THE DEALERSHIP 4 MORE TIMES FOR 2 DENT REPAIRS AND OIL CHANGE, AND A 2ND RETURN FOR ONE OF THE DENTS. EACH TIME I HAVE GONE TO THE YOUNG LADY AT THE FRONT DOOR ASKING FOR JONATHAN AND HE IS NEVER THERE NOW HAS SHE EVER BEEN ABLE TO FIND SOMEONE TO HELP ME WITH THE CANCELLATION. I EVEN LEFT MY NAME AND PHONE NUMBER FOR JONATHAN TO CALL ME BACK. I FINALLY CALLED HIM DIRECTLY AFTER THE YOUNG LADY GAVE ME HIS NUMBER AND I STILL AM NOT GETTING RETURNED CALLS (VOICE MAILS). THIS HAS NOW BEEN 5 MONTHS AND NO LUCK. More
