GREAT SERVICE! I purchased a used 2011 Mercedes E 350 from Scott Clark Nissan.The Car was in immaculate condition but the alignment was off.The Service Department se I purchased a used 2011 Mercedes E 350 from Scott Clark Nissan.The Car was in immaculate condition but the alignment was off.The Service Department sent it out to a alignment specialist for Mercedes and it still didnt fix the issue.They concluded that the Rims were bent and ordered new rims and installed them.I was given a Rental car as well.Recently I had a oil change and Tire Rotation that was covered under warranty.The service was fast considering the amount of people.Great Service! Michael Chavis is my "guy" I am new to the Scott Clark Nissan experience, so meeting Michael Chavis was just what I needed to feel comfortable. Past experiences with other deale I am new to the Scott Clark Nissan experience, so meeting Michael Chavis was just what I needed to feel comfortable. Past experiences with other dealerships have been "I-threw-up-a-little-in-my-mouth" kinda bad, but Michael made up for it by being personable and patient as he guided me through the intake process and got me set to go. Always great service Ron Taylor did an excellent job. We just bought a new but used car and the air conditioning wasn't working right.
