My wife knew which car and options she wanted and relayed the information to Max. There were no cars like this on the lot, but Max was able to order one with the exact specifications she wanted, and have it there the next day. He processed my documentation in phenomenal time, and was able to secure the lowest rate possible with particular detail on finding discounts that pertain to me. Thank you Luis..
