Service? Had my car serviced there and car hasn't been the same since. Had them do a tune-up because my car was at 100k miles. Changed spark plugs in my car Had my car serviced there and car hasn't been the same since. Had them do a tune-up because my car was at 100k miles. Changed spark plugs in my car and all of a sudden my car has been overheating due to leakage in the housing for the spark plugs. Scott Clark Nissan states they didn't do anything wrong and the car has a "once in a lifetime" problem. The only way to know if my car can be repaired is for them to charge me an additional $350+ to make that determination. My wife has the same car, different year, and we will never ever use Scott Clark Nissan for service again. I understand using a Nissan dealer for your service needs, just find another one and not this place. More

Unfortunately i had to go back and retrace the 5 stars and gave the Sales Manager Deon Brace a NEGATIVE ZERO in stars. That review falls under him personally. Because i still rate Deon the same, i write a new review for Travis. Travis was not a part of any interaction i had with the dealership until this point. As SOON as Travis read my review and my dissatisfaction of the dealership, he immediately called and did not hesitate to listen and correct the issues and assure i walk away feeling like a valued customer. He did not make any excuses nor imply i was fabricating, instead he apologized for any inconvenience and made sure I walked with more than i bargained for. I would highly recommend utilizing Travis if u decide to purchase from Scott Clark and should be commended for showing some honesty and concern of more than a check in the dealership. More

Best Car Buying Experience! :) 3rd car purchase from Scott Clark Nissan. Typically, I have worked with Deon Brace, but since he’s moved up in the world and is now sales manager (GO 3rd car purchase from Scott Clark Nissan. Typically, I have worked with Deon Brace, but since he’s moved up in the world and is now sales manager (GO DEON!!), I had the pleasure of working with Carlos Kurien for the purchase and Nykkytta Lane for financing. Wow! Easiest and best sales experience ever. Carlos listened to exactly what I wanted and made sure I drove off the lot in the best deal possible- I was able to upgrade from a 2016 base Sentra to a 2018 Nissan Altima midnight edition. Carlos was not pushy at all and was very personable which made the process actually enjoyable! When we stopped back in today (Sunday), Carlos took the time to show my 13-year-old his dream car and even let him start it up... time he didn’t have to spend. Point blank, if you need a car.. buy from Carlos!!! Nykkytta in financing was amazing. The finance portion is typically the worst part, but she had the best personality and again was super personable! To make things even better, she called me Saturday and was able to save me $25 per month on my car payment with a new rollout Nissan had. She didn’t have to call me as the purchase was complete. It was the extra level of service that will have me making any future purchases with Scott Clark Nissan. More

Unfortunately, his actions cost salesman Helwig Stewart a sale that day. Helwig was willing to go out of his way to make a deal and show me as many cars as needed to make the deal. But,the mgr messed everything up. Sorry Helwig but, there are many other Nissan dealership out there ready and willing to take my cash More
