Ron was very knowledgeable, professional, courteous, and personable. In addition, your employees did a great job on the recalls and even completed the work in about an hour, earlier than expected. This visit, we wanted to deal with just one person, and Brandon Hunt made sure he did not bring anyone else into his cubicle or stand beside him, helping him out while we had to make this very important decision of buying a car. Brandon is a great listener, gave us his complete attention., heard us out, did his very best to SERVE us, and the product (a new car) he delivered was perfect for us.
