Great sales staff. Worked hard to get us in a car we wanted After having just left another unnamed Nissan dealership and having also bought a car 3 months earlier at another dealership my wife and I can say "we After having just left another unnamed Nissan dealership and having also bought a car 3 months earlier at another dealership my wife and I can say "we wish we had started at Scott Clark Nissan." From the beginning they were responsive without being overbearing. Once we arrived we asked to see the car we came in for and we're immediately brought to it. While passing a much more expensive model we joked how that was what we really wanted. Our sales guy though a bit and then said "hang on." He located the a car we hadn't seen online in the more expensive model that could possibly fit our budget. We didn't think we could get close but he said "let me try". He came back with the Initial monthly estimate and we told him how far out of our range it would be. He went back and forth several times trying to manipulate whatever he could including how much the dealership was going to give me for my trade in (which I was upside down in). In the end we got very close but couldn't make it work. It was not for lack of trying though. Ultimately he did get the car we initially came in for down the a number we could accept by the dealership offering me more money for my car than it was truly worth. The entire process was easy and painless and at no point did we feel pressured. They never asked us to bring our budget up, they just worked to get thier price down to meet it. We are very happy with the experience. Helwig Stewart, our saleman was a delight and worked his butt off and hour after closing to get us in the car we wanted. We will be returning to get oue next vechicle from Helwig and Scott Clark Nissan. More

They charge ALL North Carolina customers an extra $135 Just over a month ago my husband and I bought a car from Scott Clark Nissan. They are a thief. They charge ALL North Carolina customers an extra $135 electronic filing fee. I called the NCDMV and they said if your car is not registered electronic, THE REFUND GOES BACK TO THE CUSTOMER. EVERYONE who bought a car from Scott Clark Nissan, look at your registration receipt, if the receipt does not say ELT, Scott Clark Nissan owes you $135!!. Stacy, the title clerk, told me that yes they collect that fee from all NC customers and they NEVER issued the refund. They are breaking NCDMV law. They simply pocket everybody money. Stacy Ruffalo is a liar!! SCOTT CLARK NISSAN IS A THIEF!! More
