Terrible experience! , Purchased ( cash) a used 2021 Lexus NX 300 on or about August 19, 2023. To date I have not received the title. I was offered the excuse that they ar , Purchased ( cash) a used 2021 Lexus NX 300 on or about August 19, 2023. To date I have not received the title. I was offered the excuse that they are swamped. During September, 2023 I discovered that the wheel lock was missing. Promptly notified my sales consultant. In the end of was instructed to purchase the part fro Lexus and I wii be reimbursed. Thereafter, I submitted my receipt totaling approximately 59.00. To date no follow up! Notably, at the time of purchase the mileage was 31,000. After experiencing a flat tire on Jan 2, 2024, I was advised by a reputable tire dealer that all the tires on my SUV were bald. As, proof I was walked around and personally examined each tire. The sales rep found it unbelievable that I purchased the SUV from a dealership. I am fully aware that my purchase was “AS IS” . As such I chose not to follow up with Scott Clark. Moreover, given the loss of the original wheel lock;I can only conclude that the original tires were replaced with the bald tires prior to purchase . I believe that Scott Clark’s business practices are at best questionable. BUYER BEWARE!! More

After speaking to John in Finance he stated they would send the bank a check since the paperwork was already filed for the $5k and it would take 3-5 Business days. It has now been over 30 days and unable to get anything done. Do not use or trust this dealership!! More

I had called several days in advance in reference to battery, under prorated warranty, replacement. I spoke with a lady and she stated how much it would. She put me on hold several times to verify pricing; and I gave her the purchase date of battery from another dealership. I scheduled the service and arrived at dealership. I spoke with Nigel Young, service advisor. He stated the price, etc was a different amount then what the employee told me over the phone. I stated to him, time, dare, name, etc of the person I spoke to. Mr. Nigel Young was nasty and didn't care or checked to see if information was correct. This is not the first time I've dealt with Mr. Young. I asked to speak to a manager. While I was in the waiting area, an older man walked with Nigel Young back towards his desk srea and stated to him that he was a cold motherxxxx**. They thought it was funny. I spoke with Mario Herrera, whom did his job as a manager, as a representative for Scott's Nissan, and checked the phone conversation because it was recorded. He was able to verify that what I stated was correct. Mr. Herrera took care of the issue with a smile and understanding as a Manager should do when dealing with customers. Thank you for your help and correction as an employee and as a manager. Thank you for going that extra mile to verify what a customer states that an employee stated to him; otherwise, I would have still been dealing with an employee without compassion, understanding, or just the correct customer service etiquette.
