After my van was stolen and my driver almost killed, my van was totaled. The dealership sold me GAP insurance for $800 for a commission, because they say that it simply takes care of ANY balance left after van was totaled. The dealership sold me GAP insurance for $800 for a commission, because they say that it simply takes care of ANY balance left after insurance payments, if the vehicle was ever totaled. THIS IS A LIE! They ONLY paid $1,300 leaving me with an $11,000 balance to pay. Then my insurance agency found out that Scott Clark OVERPRICED my vehicle, (comparable to area) which affected the amount they could payout. I feel that I was wronged BIG TIME! Spoke with Executive Director Marty Abernathy, but as usual it was all car salesman fast talk BS! More

Waited almost 5 hours and never fixed/addressed the problem. I went to SC Nissan for routine maintenance and rotors were warped. The service coordinator, Kyle, checked me in and I explained that I had been in a I went to SC Nissan for routine maintenance and rotors were warped. The service coordinator, Kyle, checked me in and I explained that I had been in about one year ago because of warped rotors and they ground them under warranty. He said they would check them out and he would get right back to me. 2 hours later I went to his office to see what was happening. He said he had to pull the technician off my Rogue because he needed him for a bigger job. 4 hours later I went in again and he said the brakes checked out ok and the rotors were warped and not covered under warranty. He never gave any other options about how much it would cost to have them done or anything else. They had not even changed the oil yet. After 4hours and 45 minutes I went out and saw my car with the keys in it and left. Unfortunately I have a service contract with them that is part of my monthly car payment. Nevertheless, I am NOT going back. A couple of years ago the service department was good. Now they are in the toilet!!!! DO NOT GO THERE. More
