Waited almost 5 hours and never fixed/addressed the problem. I went to SC Nissan for routine maintenance and rotors were warped. The service coordinator, Kyle, checked me in and I explained that I had been in about one year ago because of warped rotors and they ground them under warranty. He said they would check them out and he would get right back to me. 2 hours later I went to his office to see what was happening. He said he had to pull the technician off my Rogue because he needed him for a bigger job. 4 hours later I went in again and he said the brakes checked out ok and the rotors were warped and not covered under warranty. He never gave any other options about how much it would cost to have them done or anything else. They had not even changed the oil yet. After 4hours and 45 minutes I went out and saw my car with the keys in it and left. Unfortunately I have a service contract with them that is part of my monthly car payment. Nevertheless, I am NOT going back. A couple of years ago the service department was good. Now they are in the toilet!!!! DO NOT GO THERE. More

After having some issues with my vehicle getting power as I press the gas, I had my vehicle towed to Scott Clark Nissan for a full evaluation. After a day in service with no phone call I reached out to the dealership for an update to find out the car was ready the same day it begun to be fixed. I was instructed to check with the cashier who would have my keys, I could pay there and be on my way. Once I arrived the cashier seemed very occupied and unaware of the situation. As I let her know I was there for a pick up she instructed be to go out to the lane, find my service advisor and retrieve an invoice (all things that could have and should have been done before arrival) which happened to ALREADY be at the counter. So there was waste of 5 minutes or so as I wondered aimlessly to find Caleb. He was the ONLY part about the process that made it less of a headache, until the next day. Eventually I get my keys and the invoice is paid, I was told my car was parked out front which it was not. I clicked my alarm system for 5 more minutes around the parking lot before returning to the service lane and discovering the car was behind the building, completely out of site. Leaving the dealership and returning to my own, after 8 hours of work my car would not crank. I had to have it towed again to eventually find out my battery died. I called the dealership to speak with a manager and was told “the work that was done should not have effected the battery & I should check my battery” & I had not had any prior battery issues. The call came from my service advisor who mentioned he heard my prior call and wanted to offer me advice on my demeanor. It took me almost a week to complete the review b/c i was not sure if i wanted to let it go or let someone know how terrible my experience was & the call to advise me of the survey did not make it any better. Overall, my visit was just okay. My issue was resolved and at this point that’s all that matters. It was not good, not great and definitely not enough to make me want to return for any future business. More
