The service writer Paul was outstanding. He was very friendly and knowledgeable about the recent recall on my 2018 CRV. There was some type of catalog on display but it was outdated for most models. In the waiting area for service, there was no information or direction for any beverages or snacks. As part of the service writer's job it would be nice to mention this to the customer before entering that area. More

They are responsive to my request of detailed explanations of service they recommend and are helping me quick to accommodate my requests for service. Some words of advice. Please verify every document that you electronically sign when you get to the finance portion of purchasing your vehicle. The finance person assured me that my APR would be 8.6%. I agreed to the purchase of my vehicle mainly for that reason. She assured me that that was the APR the lender offered. We then went through the process of signing all the documents electronically fairly quickly. She then printed out my documents and put them in an envelope for me to have. I should have verified everything at that point but I didn't. The lender sent the first letter by mail congratulating me on my purchase. The letter also stated that my APR is 11.18%. I was highly upset but I knew I didn't have any recourse concerning the matter because I signed the documents. She knew I would not have made the purchase if I knew what the APR really was. More
