A former great dealership now a horrible dealership I've bought my last eight cars (including six Volvos) though Scott exclusively. My latest experience to lease a new Volvo S60 T6 was inept, infuriatin I've bought my last eight cars (including six Volvos) though Scott exclusively. My latest experience to lease a new Volvo S60 T6 was inept, infuriating and an insult to my wife and myself and the Volvo brand. Whoever decided to get rid of every salesperson who knew and understood the Volvo experience should be fired and get rid of all the hack used car salespeople cartoons at the same time. I have a number of Volvo owning friends I've already alerted to what a xxxxxxxxxxxxScott Volvo has become. I loved dealing with Scott/AMV for the last 20 years. What they've become is an abomination to the Volvo brand. I've moved my business to Brown-Daub Volvo. which is everything a Volvo should be. Seems like a lot of Scott Volvo salespeople are now over there too. Good move! More

I've owned other luxury brands in the past and venturing onto the lot usually meant hours of painful negotiations and endless attitude and "brand hype". These experiences made me reluctant to even visit Sc onto the lot usually meant hours of painful negotiations and endless attitude and "brand hype". These experiences made me reluctant to even visit Scott Volvo, fearing more of the same. Although I just stopped in for a test drive and some product information, I ended up with a brand new XC60! Jim and Matt were kind, patient, and respectful. Both guys dealt with us in a very professional manner. In the end, I got the car I wanted at the exact price I wanted with less than 5 minutes of negotiating. I should also mention that they gave us a great valuation on our trade, something some dealers won't do. I wish every car buyer's experience could be as great as ours was. We are hopeful that our future interactions with this dealer (service/maintenance) will reinforce our very positive feelings about both the Volvo brand and the Scott dealership. Bottom line, if you live in the Lehigh Valley and have even a passing interest in Volvo, stop in and ask for Jim. In no time at all you will be driving your own new Volvo and writing a positive review on this site! More
