Car sold right out from under us. We were test driving 2 cars to decide which one to buy. Our salesman had both original keys to the cars. When we came back to test the the 2nd car i We were test driving 2 cars to decide which one to buy. Our salesman had both original keys to the cars. When we came back to test the the 2nd car it was gone. Another salesman went and got a spare key to show another person the vehicle and end up selling it that day. Totally unprofessional and bad business practice. The salesman in question was very smug about it when our salesman questioned him. I went back the next day to talk about my trade-in and while I was waiting for my salesman in the lot, the salesman in question that sold the car on us approached me and asked me if I needed any help. I said nope, he then turned around and repeated an obscenity to me. I said excuse me, he looked over his shoulder scoffed and continued to walk away. Truly unbelievable!!! Everyone else was fantastic and very friendly. More

He was very patient with what we were looking for, honest, excited about his job, and generally a very nice guy. The one thing I can't stand is a "used car salesman", but the guys at Scotts treat you like customers should be treated. I can't say enough about how they operate and give you the heads up that they are there to help you, yet don't annoy you and push the sale. From buying new cars to this trip trading in a car and getting another used car, every time is well spent at that dealership. Frank Torres is an exceptional person and salesman.
