The entire service process at Schumacher Volvo was a breeze. I was a able to make an appointment at a time that was ideal for me. Alex the Service Writer was a true professional, fully knowelgeable about the vehicles but was also extremely customer focussed. He did a terrific job keeping me informed on the status of my vehicle throughout the repair process. My vehicle needed to be in the shop for a few days so he also provided me a clean service loaner. The initially told me the vehicle would be ready by Friday but managed to exceed my expections by calling on Thursday afternoon to say the operation was completed and it was ready for pickup. More
