He listened carefully to what I needed and helped me to find the best options. He made sure all the paperwork was handed quickly, so I could complete my purchase without delay. Elliott also took the time to explain all the features of the car, which made me feel confident driving it home. After the sale, he called to check that everything was going well and reminded me to contact him if I had any questions. I highly recommend Schumacher Volvo and Elliott Bates for their excellent service. Five stars! More
