I visited Schumacher Volvo of the Palm Beach on 10/6/2026 to replace a 2nd key for my 2023 XC40 that was lost/misplaced during a recent move. Alex was my service advisor and kept me apprised during my wait t to replace a 2nd key for my 2023 XC40 that was lost/misplaced during a recent move. Alex was my service advisor and kept me apprised during my wait time at the dealership. He was courteous, professional and expedited the process as I had a 3 hour drive to get home. I also met with Erick Riviera, Service Manager, with whom I had dealt for several years for my regular maintenance checks. He ensured that I was satisfied and my issue was adequately resolved. Kudos to the Schumacher staff. More

Service very unresponsive, no real communication, no call backs and way too many recalls that no one seems to know anything about. Sent multiple emails and text about an appointment, said I could cancel rig backs and way too many recalls that no one seems to know anything about. Sent multiple emails and text about an appointment, said I could cancel right through the texts, I canceled and asked to reschedule. No one called, and day of canceled appointment, being asked if I need to reschedule, tried calling no response. Operators apparently don't care and are instructed to have people call back customers. However, no one ever does. More
