Mike, We apologize for the miscommunication that took place during your buying experience. After speaking with your salesperson and the manager to get an explanation on how this could have happened, I would like to take a moment to shed some light on this. Although we are normally able to get the exact numbers for payoff information at the time of sale, there are some instances when the bank or financial instution is closed and when a transaction takes place during this time, we are only able to get the estimated payoff amount, which in some cases ends up either being a few dollars more or less. Unfortunately in this case it seems that you owed $160 more than the estimated amount that we received from your financial instituion and you would owe the difference. I also checked on your paperwork for you and it was mailed out last Thursday morning to your address, again I apologize for any inconvenience that this has caused for you during your buying experience.
