I opdered a Cadillac Escalade from Schepel a year ago. When the vehicle came in they sold it to someone else, but told me "the factory cancelled the order", then when the second vehicle arrived they sold When the vehicle came in they sold it to someone else, but told me "the factory cancelled the order", then when the second vehicle arrived they sold it out from under me again while my financing was getting approved. I called Ryan the day before and told him the credit union would have the funds the next day. Ryan Van Prooyen salt it any way. Ryan Van Prooyen and Schepel Cadillac are completely unethical. More

Buying a computer with wheels--2019 XT4 After 11 years with a Hot Lava (orange metallic special color) colored 2008 Cadillac CTS, my wife and I made a decision to upgrade to the new 2019 Cad After 11 years with a Hot Lava (orange metallic special color) colored 2008 Cadillac CTS, my wife and I made a decision to upgrade to the new 2019 Cadillac XT4. She would have preferred the same color, but the closest GM comes this year is Autumn Metallic, which is more brown than orange. New cars are not made for old drivers who miss 8-track, cassette, and CD sound system ports, especially when we do not have in our library any music on flash drives that the car will only accept. Everything is computerized and fun to learn. Our salesman, Paul Certa, spent a great amount of time making us feel comfortable with all the new technology and how we could program it to work. We have purchased a number of new cars with Paul over the last two decades, so we know when we come to him we will be treated as friends. Even when we use the great service department, we can always walk into the showroom, look at the new cars on the floor and in the lot, find Paul, and chat about the new changes and features on cars without any pressure to buy. He went on a test drive with me, showed me all of the features, we then went in to the dealership, filled out paperwork on a late Saturday afternoon. He introduced me to the Sales Manager, and the Finance manager, who both treated me like royalty. I picked up the car on Tuesday (my choice but could have been Monday) There was no waiting around for "deal" or "paperwork". I am now a Cadillac girl and will be a repeat customer FOR SURE. More
