On the day I took my car in for service, I was greeted very politely by Craig. He was very interested and concerned as to why I brought my car in for service. He listened to what I had to say as to the cost and or potential postponing any major repairs . Then he filled out the paperwork and I went to the waiting area. Even other employees that I passed along the way were also very friendly. Before I knew it Craig came and told me that they were almost finished with my car. Also, the brake job that I was concerned about could wait until my next oil change. So I can say that I had a very good experience and a couple of good cups of coffee while I waited. More
Service advisor Brian was great experience and wrote everything that expected to be done down to wash and dry car, i kinda lough about being very specific drying car after wash, but car porter still fai everything that expected to be done down to wash and dry car, i kinda lough about being very specific drying car after wash, but car porter still failes to dry car. Service department i would suggest to have more service writer, due to i waited almost 20 minutes before i was entertain. Also my coupon for oil change service was honored with Brian but by the time i was taken to cashier i ended up paying for full price, i didn't noticed till i look at my service receipt at home. Not very happy with car not being dry and charge full price oil change, it would be fine if i did not have coupon handy. More
I have always had my car serviced @ Schaumburg Toyota because of Brian Matuszewski. He has been my service advisor for about 9 years and has always done an outstanding job. He is fair and honest, and looks out for his customers. I currently own a 2004 Sienna and a 2012 Highlander and trust only him with the servicing of my cars (nothing against the other staff). He makes sure my vehicles are serviced properly and makes suggestions of what I can do to help maintain my vehicles are running properly. James Bryant (JB) has been the mechanic that always works on my cars and this is great because he knows everything there is about my cars. He even takes time out to talk to me about things on my cars and even offers advice. A perfect example is, the other day I was servicing my Sienna and they noticed I had a very small coolant leak and advised me that this would need to be fixed. I had originally came in for just a quick oil change and JB went above and beyond what I expected because just in conversation with Brian and him I mentioned that I was going out of state. JB checked the car over because he cares about what he does and found a problem that could have turned into a bigger problem for my family while out of state. A BIG THANKS TO BOTH BRIAN AND JB. Keep up the OUTSTANDING work. the owners of Schamburg Toyota are lucky to have such great employees. This is one of the reasons I always suggest buying a Toyota from Schaumburg Toyota to friends and family. Steve O More

I decided I wanted some aftermarket options for my new Rav4. The dealership was so understanding and helpful, because I have a very scheduled lifestyle. There was no problem in supplying me with a loane Rav4. The dealership was so understanding and helpful, because I have a very scheduled lifestyle. There was no problem in supplying me with a loaner vehicle during the time they needed to do all the work. When I went to pick up the car there was a very, very, very minor hiccup. Brian Matuszewski, the Night Shift Manager, took notice of it, apologized for it and personally took care of the issue. He kept me completely in the loop as the work was being completed. He personally made certain he was available when I finally picked up the car. He made me feel like a valued customer - I take that back - he made me feel like I was part of his family and he was going to make certain I had nothing short of the best of the best. My Rav4 is even more awesome than it was before and I couldn't be happier with the way the entire dealership has dealt with me. I am definitely a Schaumburg Toyota girl for life - any time I need any work done on my car or if I need a new one - I'm going right back to Schaumburg Toyota and nowhere else. More
I had issue on my Engeen sign. They didn't say any thing and only issue on my Oxygen senser and I compare with same other Toyota dealer there was &150 difference of same work. I hated Schaumburg Toyata dealer.They doon't care customer just they want to collect money from your poket to them drawer. I would like to other customer make sure compare price with Elgeen Toyota. I have nothing but bad experience regarding my Sienna. I bought 2011 Sienna in 2010. That time I paid for Protection Plus package only to find later that the dealer never applied it. I had a long fight to g bought 2011 Sienna in 2010. That time I paid for Protection Plus package only to find later that the dealer never applied it. I had a long fight to get it applied. But in the process the effectiveness was not the same. Recently I did 15K service on Sienna (part of 2 yr 25K package from Toyota). During the 20k service theother dealer told me that Schaumburg Toyota should have changed the cabin air filter (dealers are paid for that). Schaumburg Toyota just cleaned it and put the same back in the car. Please be very careful when dealing with this dealer. More
