Oil change and braking issue Came in for an oil change and had issues with car pulling to the left while braking. Was fixed right away with speedy service. I've been coming to service my car at Schaumburg Toyota since I purchased my car in 2005 and in the past year or so... Service check Had thought I needed an oil change after 6 months but was told with new oil only needed after a year or 10000 mikes(I had 2000). Our current vehicles were purchased at Schaumburg Toyota and it is where we plan to purchase our new vehicles, with a main reason being your service department. These employees are knowledgeable, well trained, and stand by their product (service). Most of the time I wait to work with Brian Matuszewski due to his extreme professionalism, knowledge and fairness. When I have had service issues that were not able to be easily diagnosed, Brian's tremendous persistence in finding the source of the issue was incredible. Another 2 outstanding features of your service department are the hours and loaner car if absolutely necessary. Most service personnel are friendly and very helpful. Your business practice at Schaumburg Toyota Service (and Sales) is second to none!!! More
