I purchased my car from Schaumburg Toyota in 2002. The sales assoc, and service dept have been awesome. I am listened to, respected, and treated like a valued customer every time I visit the dealership. The product is reliable. The maintenance provide by the staff at Schaumburg Toyota is great. When I purchase my next car it will be thru this dealership. I'm constantly singing the praises of the staff at this dealership and always referring my friends because I know that customers will be treated fairly and given a good deal. I have been servicing my Toyota vehicles at Schaumburg Toyota for just about 10 years now (more than a total of 100 visits), and would not think of going anywhere else. Our current vehicles were purchase Toyota for just about 10 years now (more than a total of 100 visits), and would not think of going anywhere else. Our current vehicles were purchased at Schaumburg Toyota and it is where we plan to purchase our new vehicles, with a main reason being your service department. These employees are knowledgeable, well trained, and stand by their product (service). Most of the time I wait to work with Brian Matuszewski due to his extreme professionalism, knowledge and fairness. When I have had service issues that were not able to be easily diagnosed, Brian's tremendous persistence in finding the source of the issue was incredible. Another 2 outstanding features of your service department are the hours and loaner car if absolutely necessary. Most service personnel are friendly and very helpful. Your business practice at Schaumburg Toyota Service (and Sales) is second to none!!! More

Chris Herbig was verry good as a service rep. but the price and timeliness was very poor. I needed two new sensors, but they were not in stock so I had to wait wait 5 days for the sensor to arrive. The tech took 15 minutes to detect the problem and it took 30 minutes to replace the sensors. At a posted labor rate of $117 the labor charge should have been $88. When I questioned Chris concerning the charge he told me it is a standard charge. I have studied Toyota's TPS, been to several of their plant and have a good understanding of Toyota's standardized work. If this happened in Toyota's factory they would change the standardize work including tac time. So why doesn't standardize work apply to the service organization? I bought my car, a Rav 4, at Schaumburg Toyota 7 years ago and have had all my service done at there service department. but after an experience like this it is hard to believe I haven't been taken by Schaumburg's service departrment. One last comment it is easier to keep a customer than to find new ones. More

On the day I took my car in for service, I was greeted very politely by Craig. He was very interested and concerned as to why I brought my car in for service. He listened to what I had to say as to the cost and or potential postponing any major repairs . Then he filled out the paperwork and I went to the waiting area. Even other employees that I passed along the way were also very friendly. Before I knew it Craig came and told me that they were almost finished with my car. Also, the brake job that I was concerned about could wait until my next oil change. So I can say that I had a very good experience and a couple of good cups of coffee while I waited. More

Service department i would suggest to have more service writer, due to i waited almost 20 minutes before i was entertain. Also my coupon for oil change service was honored with Brian but by the time i was taken to cashier i ended up paying for full price, i didn't noticed till i look at my service receipt at home. Not very happy with car not being dry and charge full price oil change, it would be fine if i did not have coupon handy. More
I have always had my car serviced @ Schaumburg Toyota because of Brian Matuszewski. He has been my service advisor for about 9 years and has always done an outstanding job. He is fair and honest, and looks out for his customers. I currently own a 2004 Sienna and a 2012 Highlander and trust only him with the servicing of my cars (nothing against the other staff). He makes sure my vehicles are serviced properly and makes suggestions of what I can do to help maintain my vehicles are running properly. James Bryant (JB) has been the mechanic that always works on my cars and this is great because he knows everything there is about my cars. He even takes time out to talk to me about things on my cars and even offers advice. A perfect example is, the other day I was servicing my Sienna and they noticed I had a very small coolant leak and advised me that this would need to be fixed. I had originally came in for just a quick oil change and JB went above and beyond what I expected because just in conversation with Brian and him I mentioned that I was going out of state. JB checked the car over because he cares about what he does and found a problem that could have turned into a bigger problem for my family while out of state. A BIG THANKS TO BOTH BRIAN AND JB. Keep up the OUTSTANDING work. the owners of Schamburg Toyota are lucky to have such great employees. This is one of the reasons I always suggest buying a Toyota from Schaumburg Toyota to friends and family. Steve O More
My contacts for automobiles have been few-- but my contacts for service have been many. Each and every time I bring my car ( currently a 2011 Avalon) in for service, it has been excellant-- they are contacts for service have been many. The service work has always been very good and I feel they da good job. All my service work is done at Schaumburg Toyota. More
