Hard to find help I had service on my car and it was OK. First, I'll start with Anthony Mejias. He was excellent. For the rest of the dealership, it was not that good. I would walk in and no one would help me. This was on the sales floor and service floor. It was strange, almost like they didn't want to help me. 1st 5,000 Miles Clean facility, very impressive when you bring your vehicle into the service area. They provide coffee and pastries, a nice touch. It didn't take them long to complete the oil change and tire rotation. Only thing keeping them from 5-stars is they didn't do a very good job cleaning/drying the truck after completing the service. I had a complementary muffin and coffee which was great cause I was in a hurry that morning. My service was completed in less time than anticipated and I was thrilled they washed all the salt and dirt off my car. I drive past 2 other Toyota dealerships to continue to purchase and service my car at Schaumburg Toyota for the last 13 years! More
