1st 5,000 Miles Clean facility, very impressive when you bring your vehicle into the service area. They provide coffee and pastries, a nice touch. It didn't take them long to complete the oil change and tire rotation. Only thing keeping them from 5-stars is they didn't do a very good job cleaning/drying the truck after completing the service. Lots of water spots on the vehicle afterwards. More

Awesome service! I drove right into the service center and told them what i was there for. I had a complementary muffin and coffee which was great cause I was in a hurry that morning. My service was completed in less time than anticipated and I was thrilled they washed all the salt and dirt off my car. I drive past 2 other Toyota dealerships to continue to purchase and service my car at Schaumburg Toyota for the last 13 years! More

Our 18 year old MR-2 developed an engine problem late on a Saturday afternoo Once again your service department came to my rescue when I needed help. Our 18 year old MR-2 developed an engine problem late on a Saturday afternoon. I found out that the service area closes at 5 pm and is closed on Sundays. I spoke with Miguel in the service area and he was extremely helpful to us. He got the car in and had it diagnosed in a very short time. He told us that the needed parts had to be ordered and might take a couple of days to get. When I told him that I had to have my car for work, he loaned us a beautiful Camry to use until our car was finished. He also kept in touch with us and informed us of the progress on the repairs every step of the way. We have been loyal customers of Schaumburg Toyota since we bought a new Celica there in 1985. With outstanding customer service like we received, we will keep coming back. Thanks again! More
