I had my RAV4 in for it's 20,000-mile servicing - and they told me that I needed a front-end alignment. This car is leased - as are all my cars - and that never happened to me before. How could a car wi they told me that I needed a front-end alignment. This car is leased - as are all my cars - and that never happened to me before. How could a car with only 20,000-miles on it, need a front-end-alignment ?!?!? I had the work done - but wasn't too happy about it. I guess that I'll continue to have the work done here in the Minneapolis area - so that I don't have any more unexpected surprises. More

Service, as always, was well done! Maintenance and repairs were done in a timely manner and everything, including cost, was explained upfront. After they did an alignment to my car my steering wheel was not straight when the car was going straight and they told me that this is , because of the roads... I had to go to a different place to do my al was not straight when the car was going straight and they told me that this is , because of the roads... I had to go to a different place to do my alignment right and they found that it was off with 0.6 degrees . My steering wheel is centralized again and I will never go to Schaumburg Toyota for service again !!! More
