I want to specifically acknowledge Mike Krueger, the Service Director for his professionalism and great service. Having purchased my RAV4 in December, I wanted to service it at a Toyota dealership. Service was for oil change on Saturday 3/6/21. Early morning. The service writer recommended tire rotation and alignment based on mileage. I did these in addition to the oil. I took the car on the highway yesterday Monday 3/7/21) and the steering wheel is shaking at speeds 60-70mph. Not bad but noticeable. This condition did not exist prior to the service. I will be bringing the car back to have the problem addressed. More
