Excellent work. Only criticism is that we made an appt at 2:30 (same day as service) and sat for over an hour before the car was looked at. Cost is difficult on a fixed income. I was hoping that I was having a false alarm when MaintOP light was on & I drove to Schaumburg Toyota my service place & was greeted by Patrick, It tuned out that there was some serious issues that I wasn't light was on & I drove to Schaumburg Toyota my service place & was greeted by Patrick, It tuned out that there was some serious issues that I wasn't expecting come up. I was driven home & waited while they did my oil change & tune up.Patrick called me told me what was involved and saved me on the cost by looking into my warranty and other specials that were going on . It was great, thorough service and he was so great to deal with. Done at 3:00pm. More
