Customers have no idea how services are done. We are not allowed in the back so we don’t see anything. The wash on our Sienna was horrible. After the service was done our Sienna was parked backwards crashed allowed in the back so we don’t see anything. The wash on our Sienna was horrible. After the service was done our Sienna was parked backwards crashed into the icy snow. That probably did damage to rear bumper and exhaust/muffler👎👎 More
