A supreme run around and after 15 minutes i hung up and called my dealership back. I was immediately given Artys Towing phone number. They are the best and nicest people I have ever dealt with. Within a half hour the tow truck was there to tow my car. The service man at the dealership kept me informed and apologized for the shabby treatment from roadside assistance. I have been dealing with Schaumburg Toyota for a very ling time and I'm glad I have. The guys there are Just the best. Thank you Toyota Schaumburg. More

Water Pump Replacement on Toyota Highlander Randy quoted me a fair price and said I could bring the car in right away for the repair. It was so much better in every way - the salesperson, Zaya Ochana, was intelligent and helpful, without being pushy at all. The dealership is bright and clean - a pleasure to be there. Even though it is almost an hour out of our way, we plan on having Schaumburg Toyota do the regular car maintenance as well. More
