Better than ever! I've been purchasing Toyota vehicles since 1982--small truck, 1985 and 92--Cressida, 1999-Sienna, 2007, 2015, and 2017--Prius! There has never been one time I've been disappointed with the service, technician, sales staff, and ownership of Schaumburg Toyota. I've never met Bart Szuba before, but he noticed I was due for a 10,000 mile checkup, which I thought was not yet due, so in addition to the loose clamp under my car that I had come in for them to check, I got the oil change, safety check, tire rotation and more--just for stopping in. I was able to go across the street for a taco lunch while the work was done, and all was finished by the time I returned. Bart was terrific! My favorite has always been Rafael (and he may still be), and Jerry McDuffie is superb as "my" salesman. Thanks again, Schaumburg, for the terrific service! More

After having a number of issues at other dealers in the area (Land Rover & Woodfield Lexus) with finance people trying to rip me off and lazy salesmen After having a number of issues at other dealers in the area (Land Rover & Woodfield Lexus) with finance people trying to rip me off and lazy salesmen who only want to pull around 1 car to test drive (I will not buy a car without test driving). So, I went to Starbucks & the woman working at the counter said that she heard of this awesome salesman at Woodfield Toyota named Jerry. I thought, "Three times the charm, so I'll give it a shot." I walked into Woodfield Toyota ready to deal with the same crap, but when I met Jerry, he was so easy-going, no pressure, and fair. He was ready to show me as many cars as I wanted - plus, he was very knowledgeable of all of the features on the Toyota car models (and I drove sedans, SUVs, etc.) I walked out purchasing a 2019 Toyota Camry - which I LOVE!!!! Thank you, Jerry, for treating a young woman like a person, buyer, and business professional. And thank you for making the car buying experience fun & easy-going! My spouse will need a car in a few years & I will definitely be back looking for YOU!!!! More

He is able to answer all my questions about the new car I bought from him and explains the various vehicle technology very clearly and with understandable analogies.
