Steve is great The dealership is great. Steve is the best. I have bought 4 Toyota Camry's from him. The only problem with the 2020 Camry is that when it rains or The dealership is great. The only problem with the 2020 Camry is that when it rains or snows I sometimes have a hard time seeing out of the side mirrors and out the back window. There is a huge bead up of water that is sometimes hard to see out of. That never was the case with previous Camry's. More

I want to praise the assistance of Steve Lowell, Red Team Service Manager. I drove to the dealership after my 2015 Prius needed to Be jumped by AAA. I had no appointment and Steve handled the situation in Service Manager. I drove to the dealership after my 2015 Prius needed to Be jumped by AAA. I had no appointment and Steve handled the situation in an expeditious and courteous fashion. After getting a handle on the situation, he compassionately made arrangements for a loaner car so I could get my groceries home, while the matter was resolved. The work did not take long after diagnosis. It was 5 star treatment. More

I have know Jerry for 11 years and he is the most caring and customer service person that I have ever know. I know he’s fair and will do anything to help make it right.
