On Nov 24, 2023 Schaumburg Toyota had a BLACK FRIDAY 4-wheel Alignment Special running on the dealership web site special with the Black Friday Logo. It did not have an expiration date on it other than the Black Friday logo. Somehow this ad lingered organically on the Google Search platform. Customer brought the “Black Friday” coupon in and was advised that it was no longer valid. It was only for "Black Friday". He was quoted the current price, and he agree to the work at todays pricing for his vehicle type. Schaumburg Toyota completed the work at the agreed upon price.

At 1st they told me this promotion doesn't exist and it doesn't apply to Supra GR because "it is not even a Toyota". The printed Coupon did not say anything about Black Friday Only. What is says is: "SRVICE SPECIAL: 4-Wheel Alignment $119.95*. *Must present offer when order is written. One coupon per customer. Can not be combined with any other offer. No cash value. Not retroactive. Plus tax, shop supplies when applicable.” Now how they responded: “Somehow this ad lingered organically on the Google Search platform." Other dealers offer $149 alignment deal and they will honor it for Toyota Supra GR because it is a Toyota. But according to Mike Kruger Supra is not even a Toyota so I had to pay $236. This is not how caring dealership treads customers. You know what you did. You are greedy dishonest corporate service director. Karma will get you.
