Customers have no idea how services are done. We are not allowed in the back so we don’t see anything. The wash on our Sienna was horrible. After a long talk with the salesman (by the way he was pleasant) I got intereste Toyota. Here goes as to why I gave 2 stars to their establishment. After a long talk with the salesman (by the way he was pleasant) I got interested in a Tundra Limited started looking at the sticker for the options on the truck when I realized there was a written number on the price of the truck, when I asked what was the $5000 additional to the price the salesman relatedly said was an additional charge the the dealer charges above MSRP sticker price because of the shortage in Toyota trucks. Well not every Toyota dealer does such thing went to Naperville Toyota and got my truck below MSRP. The two stars is because the sales man was so understanding other wise Ill give them a half star.
