Satisfied I had a recall on a recently purchased used Kia Soul. We talked with Hanna and she was very courteous and set the appointment. On arrival Tim took care of the recall while I waited. Excellent service from the entire Kia organization. By the way, Angel advised that Gary Lang was in violation of their contract with Kia by refusing to service the recall. The used Kia is my first experience with a Kia. Great car coupled with your service left me with a great impression. More

Efficient and kind Manuel took my call and was kind, courteous and knowledgeable. I had a slow leak in my tire and needed to be on the road for a 6 hr drive that mornin Manuel took my call and was kind, courteous and knowledgeable. After you buy they no longer care I went to Bob Rohrman to buy a used car at around 5 pm The car was not washed, I drove the car and the I liked the way it drove so I negotiated a dea I went to Bob Rohrman to buy a used car at around 5 pm The car was not washed, I drove the car and the I liked the way it drove so I negotiated a deal and finalized the deal. As part of the negotation I asked to fill up gas tank and give me they says yes. After all the paperwork is done I started the car and tank was NOT full. When asked the sales associate just walked away sayin we don't fill up gas for used car. I have to dive two hour , it's late and cold do I just want to get home with out all the Hassel.. not that I can't afford GAS. The tire inflation kit was missing and asked them for one and they said they would mail me I never received it. I called them and they said they would get back to me no one called or mailed the kit. A second key was missing they said they would follow up with previous owner and back to me that never happened. After I came home I was looking at the car and I saw a damage that was repaired which was not mentioned to me based on my experience so far I did not bother to let them know . Now I know why they did not wash the car when I wanted to test drive. I would not buy from them again More
