Good experience. Some communication issues Good selection, got a good deal. Car needed a part fixed before i could take it. I had to call to find out it was ready, they never told me. Caused me to over pay by $1000. Cashier check was already printed. I was told i would get my $1,000 back after my check cleared. Came to pick up the car a days later and was told i would not get the check back until the title was delivered. It's understandable, but not what was communicated to me when i left the day i signed the contract. More

Rip Off I drove by for an Oil chnage, my car was kept in custody proclaiming that it’s too risky to drive and we can fix your strut assembly for $1100 plus. I I drove by for an Oil chnage, my car was kept in custody proclaiming that it’s too risky to drive and we can fix your strut assembly for $1100 plus. I urged to release my car taking full responsibility on me, next day I drove by to my Mech he did not discover anything let alone the strut hushing should be changed which barely go for $7 each while this dealer was charging me $1100 for an entire assembly which is NOT needed. I feel horribly giving them business for last two years ... their car wash is always broken ... customer rep are mean and rigid! More
