I deal with cars everyday but had brought my brand new 3 days old car in because I noticed a lot of moisture in both headlights so I took it in around 8am called twice throughout the day and no one knew what was going on and finally got a call around 4:30 that it’s normal and a technician will explain it to me when I get there. From the moment I walked in I felt like my business did not matter and my concerns seemed silly to them either because I did not buy my vehicle there or because I’m female. The gentleman that helped me when I picked up the car was much nicer than the first. I’ll probably just stick to taking my car to my dealership for any issues. More

Emergency wiper/washer repair We were passing through the area at the beginning of a long road trip. Our driver's side wiper washer wasn't working and we already drove through in We were passing through the area at the beginning of a long road trip. Our driver's side wiper washer wasn't working and we already drove through inclement weather. I stopped in without an appointment. They were so accomodating! Everyone was so helpful. (I also found out that we bought our car from one of their competitors who has a location in our area but they were still happy to help!) They provided me with a trip to the mall and had my car fixed, washed and ready to go in no time. They went above and beyond what they needed to do. I am incredibly grateful for their help. More
