when I purchased the vehicle there were a few cosmetic issues that they intially wanted me to pay for with purchasing the vehicle. We got that situated to where they would cover that with a we owe you pap issues that they intially wanted me to pay for with purchasing the vehicle. Even after the facts I was reaching out to Michael about setting up the appt and he completely ignored me once he got his sale. Fast forward to when I had time to take it in a week later thanks to me calling on my own. Took my car on the 24 September told them I’ll be out of town till the 4th of October. I’ve called and called and constantly get a voicemail that nobody responds to. I even texted the number they gave me for updates and nothing. I had a customer service through the website say somebody would reach out to me about my vehicle and still nothing. Once I get my car from them I’m hoping there aren’t any “surprise issues” but I would steer clear away from this dealership I wish I would’ve read the Yelp reviews before I purchased a car from them. Everything went well. Jose, Service Dept. was very friendly and helpful. I also purchased a cargo cover my Sportage, but the experience at Parts Dept. was not as nice - it was good, but just a little friendly and helpful.
