The car works really good, and they explained everything to me. The only problem I got is that once I signed the papers, with every person I talked they kept rising the monthly payments I agreed to make, th to me. Took a few minutes before I was approached after pulling my car in for service. Once approached I was spoken to with respect and given all information needed. Had to wait two hours for completion. This is the first dealer that took my old plates (which were valid till 8/2021 )and replaced them with new plates, which I did not want. I had to make plate changes at five different sources.Then they cha were valid till 8/2021 )and replaced them with new plates, which I did not want. I had to make plate changes at five different sources.Then they charged me $300. which would have cost me $0 dollars with my old plates. Plus I had to get and fill a form to nullify my old plates. To compensate me for my problems that they created they would not charge me for the heated seats I had ordered. After 3 weeks of Steve Heinze promising a check .Dealership refused to honor that compensation. (Steve Heinze is lier). Then after complaining I was verbally threatened to leave the building. More
