I brought my car in for service 11/18/2020 to have an oil change on 11/19/2020. Somehow the service department LOST MY KEY! Mark Robles said a co-worker might be PRANKING him...NOT FUNNY. 11/28/2020 I cal change on 11/19/2020. Somehow the service department LOST MY KEY! Mark Robles said a co-worker might be PRANKING him...NOT FUNNY. 11/28/2020 I called to let Mark know my spare key doesn't work since Kia programmed a "new" key for me. Mark told me my key had been found after the service department had been open for 7 hours but had never notified me. This is TOTALLY unacceptable and EXTREMELY unprofessional. I will be calling Kia Corporate in addition to this review. More
